Edit: also that vintage bliss is mesmorizing !
Awesome! Exactly what to look for The 20" is one of the most beautiful cymbals I've ever seen. In plain light, like in my room, it doesn't look fancy.. but under natural or stage light it's like.. mesmorizing

Whatever I can get my hands on, but vanilla will always be the best. Not a fan of yoghurt with fruit lumps in them, only the smoothest for me.

Yes, this forum is notorious for going completely off-topic, as you just saw first-hand. It was mostly your fault though. Perma-ban.

I think he his doing the same as what sam did before ^^
With the 17" bliss on top of a 17"contact (copy cat couldn't buy normal hats or make his something original, Joke but true )

Yeaa.. haha. Only realized that up until a little while ago.. after the fact of which I chose the cymbals. He's using a Vintage Bliss on his though.. much lighter on top than Bliss. Really it comes down to if I like the sound. He's got plenty of 17" cymbals in there that are ready to be put together so we'll so how it turns outs.

Yea i think im goin with dream for my hats although ill probably play it safe and get some 13"s or 14"s as the 16"s are unavailable over here
If i have the money im gonna go for 16" contact over energy, some nice heavy hats. i might actually postpone the Bettis ride for some hats.

Re: The Dream Cymbals (and gongs) Thread.
Basically im looking at a couple of Bettis rides,20" a medium-thin one, and two medium ones (ones 22" and ones20"), i need to put aside some funds each month to save up.
But for style of music everything, latin-rock, jazz-punk, hip-hop-funk. I don't know i might just buy some regular 14" hats, if i made my own it would be 16" contact over16" energy, heavy and bright enough for rock, good volume, solid chick yet the contact would mellow it out some so i could use it jazz.
