I have both setup. the fircracker is on a snare stand. it will do until I can get a clamp from someone.

Im going to buy a pair of groove hats (maybe) but they won't be trevs actual hats ! sorry for scaring you dude!

I'm still loving the two floor toms.

Its also amazing how much we see Bonham's setup. Its in JJ's stuff, Mike Portnoy uses something similar, and I think there is at least one drummer in every genre that has that kind of setup.

For sure. It's arguably one of the greatest setups to date. I can't get enough of it.

Yes i agree! such a universal set up! Portnoy, Buddy Rich, JJ, Bonham! Its a great set up! If i had big drums they would be set up like that!

Heck, I've got smaller drums and they are set up almost like that. Just put two rack toms up there and you'll have my setup.

Yea what sizes are your drums?
My toms are 10" 12" and 14" i tried the 12" and 14" in the floor postion but it didn't feel good! I offset racktoms and one floor is perfect for me at the minute!
EDIT: I love smaller drums definitely but for floor toms a can't go smaller than a 14"
