Sorry, guys, I haven't had much time to come on here. I've been busy fixing my ride so it will be road-worthy, and look nice. New engine, tire, front winch bumper, rear bumper, lift, painting, winch, rack and tail lights... hahaha, ugh.

Alright guys, Im borrowing a 20" Paiste Sound Creation Mellow Ride fro a friend.
Its a super sick cymbal, and he doesnt use it so I get to keep it for a while.

Alas... I must say the same thing.

Still waiting to get paid for some session work I've done the last couple of weeks, and as of right now I just don't think I've got the gas money to fund a 10 hour drive. Pretty bummed out, but oh well.

apologies for not being on so much,between applying to uni, teaching more pupils, and homework and practicing for my final drum/percussion grades i haven't had much time. its good though as im living as a drum teacher and its awesome! Smile

Also i was away and at samba workshop and teaching at an orchestra weekend, fun times ¡This Cheese is Burning Me! i had to conduct a section of like 25 people of whom only 6 played percussion and make them into a percussion section, it was hilarious but turned out well.

Yeah, if the musicality of "Who Says" is an accurate representation of what we can expect from Battle Studies... I have a feeling Battle Studies will be beyond amazing.

Had a few listens to who says, i really like it, its very newton faulker/ jack johnson. Pretty laid back for mayer i think but i still like it.

The song he was working on in one of the teaser vids ?

I found an unconfirmed report that it became a duet with Taylor Swift. If it's true, I didn't see that one coming. Ha.
Not a bad thing though. I've been warming up to her stuff for the last few months now.
I'm becoming just ridiculously excited to hear this album.

Half of My Heart... a duet with Taylor Swift.... I think that could be really really rad. Taylor has a beautiful voice and I think her voice would compliments John's quite nicely.
