Alright, here are some new pics, although they're still pretty poor quality and there's nothing too different about the set up. I need to take these outside and use a real camera.
And until I get the chips in the 13" bearing edge fixed I won't be putting new heads on it. If you look closely, you can see the head isn't actually on the drum. The hoop's just sitting on it.

anyway, the kit looks great man, I wish i could find a matching 16" floor tom for my kit...

You could probably find a full Export with a 16" on Craigslist or in the classifieds for cheap and then just keep the floor. I'm sure you've already thought of that, though. What series is your set?

It's a pearl export, wine red, but not with black hardware, and not with long lugs...

I've seen some from the same era on eBay before but they were in terrible shape or the wrong color.

What do think of the Fiberskyn on the snare so far?
