Hey guys! I got my 20" vintage bliss today. I'm digging it on the right of the ride with three sizzly fan chains. beautiful. It is a perfect match for my 24" bliss. they have the same crash characteristics.

~~Also, why do we have like 5 moderators? I'd think 3 at the most, and even that's over doing it as this forum won't have a bunch of randoms, mostly just PDFers. Hell, why don't we all become a mod?~~

I'm already a mod of another forum, one in-which I don't visit. The admin pissed off, and I can't change the forum registration process so a certain robot posts exactly 18 porn posts everyday. I'm too lazy to do it anymore.
Although yes, I'd like to a mod, but I see no point.

Hey Ash! If you post pics of your kit in the gallery or make a thread of your kit ill enter you into the poll!
Alot of votes have been made but if people feel the desperate need to change and have GOOD reason i will change votes or set up a multi-vote so we can vote twice.

i think it would be cool if instead of kit of the month, we went through and had other things like hats of the month, or ride of the month etc etc

also, i just had a severely impromptu jam at my friends house, he is just truly an overall musician, good drummer, good guitarist good singer, he's talented, actually he just got accepted into berklee.

he has a pdp mx kit, and he just got a 10x6 steel firecracker, he had it setup as his main snare, it was sick, we had some pretty good jams, but it didn't feel right jamming on his kit....

sounds cool matt. I know what you mean about jamming on someone else's kit. It's fun sometimes, but as asson as they want to play yours its over. haha.

yeah i don't really like it when other people play my drum set. Its just too expensive, and people mistreat it, even other drummers

im pretty open with my equipment with other drummers that i know.
if your a complete stranger than its a bit iffy but if somebody wants to play my kit for a gig or something ill gladly lend them mine just as long as they agree that anythings lost damaged or stolen, they replace it.

one of my drummer friend's doesn't respect my gear when he's playing my kit. and he's a toala kit hog when multiple drummers get together and jam.

The first thing my bassist does when he comes over to jam with me is play my kit. It gets really annoying because I'm like "So, you wanna jam now?" And he just keeps playing and whatnot.

i know what you mean there.
when i was with my hardcore/metal band
all my lead singer would do when we first start to practice is play on my set when id ask him to kindly get off his response would be that hes trying out new ideas for songs.
his new ideas tend to be the same pattern...over...and..over
