Haha, Pearl Drums left the group on facebook, i invited them to the group with this as the attached message, "Hey!! You are Mr. Wolfford's employer, so you know how great of a man he is!! Join the movement!"

We'll see how comically it turns out.

Matt,

Please understand that your recent ban was due to your personal attacks and violating the Forum Rules.

As a longtime user, you know that we are generally very loose on the rules but this had gone over the line. It was our decision to close the JJ Johnson and Truth thread. Your original comments were understandable but then turned excessive and finally outside the Forum Rules.

Hook and I flipped the switch that started the Drummers Forum so I've been invested in it since Day One. There is a reason why we're the top drum forum on the web... a combined effort from Pearl HQ and the 65,000+ members. If anyone searches my post history, they'll see that I have many positive contributions to the PDF including the recent upgrade.

I have changed the ban to 1 day and hope you'll take this as a sign of wanting to move forward.

i'm not going to let this peace offering from derek go unnoticed, i admire the fact that he actually had the balls to send me the message (which i assume is awaiting my return to the PDF) BUT BUT BUT, I think it was fairly tacky of him to post it in a public fashion, is that not the purpose of a private message... granted it's nothing private really... but the way that he posted that he sent me that, it's like he is just trying to make himself look like the good guy, it's still bull **** in my opinion...

I hope he saw the facebook group, and i hope he loves it.
