RC-- I will say that if i had to choose an "american" car company, ford would be my choice... but of all the automobile manufacturers, i'd much prefer a toyota or a honda.

I agree. Unless you need a large vehicle then you are much better off with a Toyota. Hell, its basically an American company with Japanese engineering.

I dunno what you are talking about, Ford makes some damn good trucks (they are after all, a truck company, and that is what they will always be) and out of the big 3 American companies, they actually REFUSED bail out money. Which means they know what they are doing.

Ford aren't much of a truck company here.

Yea, in the US, that is basically how they started off. Big, rugged, and heavy duty stuff. For excelling in those types of vehicles they are doing great in this economy.

in unrelated news-- some of you may or may not have known that at one point in time i had my ears pierced, and had them stretched to an 8g... Which is actually twice as big as what they were pierced at (14g). I have since down gauged my ear's and haven't worn any ear rings for probably 3 months.... tonight, just for kicks i tried to put in the smallest pair i own, which are 14g, which like i said was the size i got pierced at, and i could get it through on my left ear, but my right ear was too tight.... it's kind of weird.... especially when i look at the 8g plugs i used to wear in my ears...

yeah. that's one of the reasons why i stopped at 8g, i wanted to make sure mine would shrink down just fine.... the same reason why i'll never have a tattoo i can't cover up with pants and a short sleeve shirt.
